FundMind stores transactions, budgets, goals, receipts and finance settings on your device. The app does not require an account or registration to work, and financial data is not uploaded to our servers.
You may optionally create a FundMind account. If you do, we process your e-mail address and, if you supply them, your first and last name, so that we can sign you in, send account e-mails such as confirmation and password resets, and answer your support requests. The account does not carry your financial data. You can delete it at any time in the app, or by writing to contact@fundmindapp.com.
Camera and photo library permissions are used to scan receipts and invoices. OCR runs on the device. Images are not uploaded by this feature.
The AI assistant is disabled by default. If you grant explicit consent in the app, text you enter may be sent to a third-party model provider to answer your request. You can withdraw consent in Settings.
Exchange rates may be fetched from NBP and crypto prices from CoinGecko. These requests do not include personal financial data.
FundMind Premium is sold through in-app purchases handled by Apple or Google and RevenueCat. Store purchase status is used only to unlock Premium features.
FundMind is not intended for people under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
